With access to Business Partner Master Data, users can and maintain Customers/Vendor information like contacts, addresses etc.  Users’ are also able to access Inventory information like stock levels and pricing.


Field Service Calls are supported so that users can not only manage Service from the field, but also access the Knowledge Base accumulated in SAP Business One during implementation and servicing the needs of customers in the past.


Standard and custom reports can be viewed in the system, giving access to critical business information like, Inventory Status, Sales Analysis, Business Partner Credit Limits and Service Call tracking.

Now, Business One’s out-of-the-box Dashboards, like Sales, Finance or Purchasing are automatically enabled in SAP Business One’s standard mobility solution.  At the same time, companies that purchase and utilize the Crystal Reports Dashboard Designer to create their own Key Performance Indicators (K.P.I.’s) can push their most critical business metrics to the mobile device as well is a graphical format that provides quick and easy to understand.
